SkySat

Very high resolution 50 cm multispectral satellite imagery, acquired worldwide with a revisit rate of 7 times a day. The collection contains data from 2016 to the present, up to 30 days prior.

Planet’s SkySat imagery is acquired by high resolution multispectral satellites anywhere on the globe. Catalog datasets are available starting from 2016.

Geographic coverage

Migration guide

The existing SkySat tasking collection will be replaced by a Planet tasking collection. Active orders won’t be affected.

To create orders for the new tasking collection, you’ll need to accept the EULA and submit geometries as POIs instead of AOIs.
