Storage allows you to work with the data delivered as a result of a completed order or a finished processing job.
Data in storage can be either transformed with CNAM or not transformed. Depending on the transformation status, the delivered data can be associated with STAC objects differently. All data is STAC-retrievable.
Transformed data items
Transformed data items contain multiple assets that correspond to different geospatial features.
Non-CNAM data items
Non-CNAM data items contain only one asset, the original delivery in the ZIP format.

Why is my imagery black?
If your imagery doesn’t appear as expected in an image viewer, the imagery probably has a higher bit depth per pixel than the viewer can render. To view the imagery, visualize it in QGIS.
I’m not happy with the quality of the received tasking data
If the delivered data has quality issues, report this to the Operations team with the order ID within 7 days of data delivery to extend the tasking period, retask the order, or get a refund.
I have a project with several orders. How do I group all this data?
Add tags when creating orders for your project. After the orders are completed, search for assets with the specified tag in the search bar.
