Credits are used to buy geospatial data or run analytics. Only admins can purchase credits.
100 credits are equivalent to €$1. The minimum purchase is 10,000 credits (€$100). If you purchase 1,000,000 or more credits at a time, we provide 5% bonus credits free of charge. All purchases are made in eurosUS dollars, and your bank will handle any currency conversion.
Credits expire 24 months after they have been allocated to your account. For example, credits received on January 1, 2024, can be used at the very latest on December 31, 2025.

If you have the Discovery plan, upgrade to Professional.
- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → Account settings.
- Go to Billing info.
- Enter your tax details and click Update billing information. The type of tax information needed depends on where your organization’s address is registered.
- EU: VAT number
- US: TIN or business registration number
- Australia: ABN
- India: CIN
- Other countries: tax ID number or tax certificate
- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → Account settings.
- Go to Credit card.
- Add card information and click Add payment method.
Credits are non-refundable.
- Open the console.
- In the upper right corner, click your workspace name → Credit management.
- Click Purchase credits.
- Specify the number of credits to purchase and click Go to checkout.
- Review your purchase details and click Purchase credits.
When you purchase credits for the first time, we’ll perform a compliance check. We’ll verify your identity to avoid any potential risk and to abide by the terms and conditions UP42 partners have for their data and algorithms. For more information, see Terms and conditionsTerms and conditions. If your email address doesn’t use your organization’s email domain, the compliance check will be delayed.
If for any reason the verification isn’t successful, the original charge will be reversed, and your card won’t be charged.

How can I get bonus credits on top of my purchase?
We provide an additional 5% of credits free of charge for purchases over 1,000,000 credits (€$10,000).
